Heritage Hills Pond Views and Waterfront Condos

One of the most sought parts of Heritage Hills are the small number of units that have direct waterfront views of the various ponds located in Heritage Hills. There are 2 major ponds in the community as well as another 9 smaller ponds. Out of the 2700+ condos in Heritage, there are around 40-50 that have any sort of pond view or actual waterfront. Typically the deck or patio of the units overlook the pond. These waterfront condos command a higher price than those not located near the ponds. On average one can expect anywhere from a 10%-15% increase in value compared to a unit not located near the ponds.
