Condominium Associations
Each condominium group has its own elected Board of Managers. These boards are responsible for the common areas within the condominium. Roads, landscaping, building exteriors, snow and trash removal are all a part of the common areas. They also manage the affairs of the condominium.
Heritage Hills Society
The Society Office is an elected volunteer board that has responsibility for areas, buildings, roads, and facilities common to all the homeowners. These include the Activities Center, main roads, and recreation facilities and they manage the affairs of the community related to all of the homeowners.
